This artwork consists of four tits, which symbolizes 4 Ukrainian women who came to Ireland in connection with the war in Ukraine (me and my daughter, my daughter-in-law and niece). The colors of the birds resemble the colors of the Ukrainian flag, the flowering tree speaks of spring, the beginning of a new life.
Before the war in Ukraine, I worked as an engineer at an enterprise, and in my free time I was engaged in painting, painted oil paintings to order, and also made murals . I have my own Instagram page. A year ago, I had to leave my home because it became unsafe in my hometown. I came to Ireland with my 12 year old daughter, brother's wife and niece. Here we live in an Irish family. The Irish are very responsive and friendly. And with this work, I wanted to leave a memory of us, and I want to thank Ireland from the bottom of my heart!
