Artwork description:

“Tea with Nanny” depicts a princess tea party between two small girls and their grandmother. For inspiration, the artist drew from two prominent attractions in the chosen location. The box sits alongside Rathfarnham Castle and its very popular coffee shop that sits in the grounds. The artist wanted to depict something that would marry the two generations and create something cheerful and beautiful.

Biography:

I am currently a Visual Communications mature student in DIT, (going into my final year in September) with a huge interest in illustration. Following my degree, I hope to illustrate full time and am very comfortable working in various media.
