This piece is the result of questioning territorial woodland birds that border human interactions in Dublin landscapes. It is inspired through the “wilding” of parks and gardens in the surrounding area, resulting in the
thriving bird population, and aims to reflect on the impact of restrictions being lifted on the wildlife in Dublin.
I am a Donegal born artist residing in Dublin. I obtained a MFA from the University of Ulster in 2014 and recently graduated from NCAD with a PME in 2019. I usually work in the medium of wire but I enjoy sketching and painting
also.
