‘Great Day for the Drying’ is a tribute to all the homes and washing cycles forever churning away in the background. It is a design to brighten up the day for passers-by and give an image of home and comfort. It reminds people of home, sunny days and a light breeze.

Biography:

I am an artist who sells online. I have always painted but only now feel I have enough experience and inspiration to find my own creative style and paint. I like to paint in oils outdoors ’en plein air’. I think when I’m outside there is no division between me and the scene that I feel more like a conduit for the scene to get onto my canvas. My main subject is the coastline along North County Dublin and in particular Lambay Island.
