Artwork description:

Portrait of Herbert George Simms, housing architect to Dublin Corporation from 1932 until 1948 and designer of nearby Chancery Park. The cranes relate to Chancery park fountain, simple geometrical background reflects modern architecture of his time.

Biography:

Polish artist with a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts on the University of Zielona Góra. For the last year I was working as a full time volunteer in Voluntary Service International, developing my skills in illustration and abstract painting in my free time.
