Artwork description:

A continuation of the theme from the ever-popular boxes I’ve painted in 2021 and 2022. Whereby I blend the box into its surroundings and bring quirky, out-of-place wildlife to the streets of DLR. This year I’ve opted for monkeys; a gibbon to bring a grin to those waiting at the lights and two cheeky chappies on the sides for the more inquisitive pedestrian.

Biography:

Johnman is a British Born Urban Artist residing in Blackrock. He is perhaps best known for painting monochromatic, romantic imagery onto discarded railway tickets but is also gaining popularity with his alternative, vibrant, pop-art style artworks. His “Mount Merrion Tigers” are a source of continuous praise for the artist and his “Leopardstown Leopard” was reported on by Dublin live.
