The inspiration for this artwork came from my Nana & Granda's relationship - they met in Jacob's Biscuit factory over 50 years ago. I wanted to portray the old Jacob's as I knew it as a child which was the little orange Jacob's van that sat on their mantlepiece and the endless amount of biscuits in the kitchen. I used linear illustrations to depict the iconic shape of the biscuits and a subtle background to highlight the van.
