The common frog is the only species found in Ireland and is listed as an internationally important species. They are very set in their ways and will return each year to their ancestral breeding ground to spawn. They don't care what gets in their way, be it a tree, a shed or a road. Every year the IPCC needs the help of people all over Ireland to take part in the National Frog Survey Ireland. Please record where frogs, spawn and tadpoles occur in- The Hop To It Irish Frog Survey
