Saint Canice's Church, Finglas Village, Dublin 11
A tribute to the band Aslan, who hail from Finglas and Ballymun. The band formed in 1982, and now over 35 years later are still playing to packed venues. In this piece frontman Christy Dignam is doing some of his signature hand gestures that he does while singing.
I am a street artist, graphic designer and teacher based in Dublin. I graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2012 with a degree in Fine Art, and have been working as a street artist and art teacher since then. My artwork combines intricate stencilling and freehand spray painting. I've painted at many events and festivals such as Waterford Walls, First Fortnight festival, The Beatyard, for campaigns such as Walls of Equality (Marriage Equality Referendum), and for companies such as RTE.
